Meetings & Conferences
Ingleside House is a premier venue for any meetings and conferences whether it be for businesses, community groups, clubs or societies.
There are 8 different spaces for hire by the day, half day, evening or day delegate rate.
The rooms range from a small meeting room to an expansive hall/theatre and can accommodate between 2 and 150 people. All the rooms have been decorated differently to an exceptional standard.
Dependent on your requirements and taste, there is a choice of neutral calm rooms, a mirrored dark warm studio or a sumptuous vibrant room with casual seating.
Ingleside meeting rooms also offer state of the art technology. Each has a large (46" or 52") television which can be used to play DVDs or provide laptop projection. We can also offer record and playback facilities.

Garden Room
Situated on the ground floor, this room has a large Georgian window looking out onto the Ingleside garden. Decorated in neutral tones it provides ample space for large meetings, dining or parties.
Music Room
Also on the ground floor, this is a glorious room towards the front of the building with a vast bay window. It has a stunning fire place with a gas fired log effect fire. It's named the Music Room not only because of its suitability for dining concerts but also because of its rich gold and brown wallpaper depicting musical instruments.
The Garden Room and Music Room are linked by video camera and the TV screens.
Drawing Room
Situated on the first floor this is the perfect room for a board meeting or private dining. Stylishly decorated in silver, taupe and grey and overlooking the garden, this room boasts a splendid marble fireplace.
Morning Room
Also situated on the first floor the Morning Room enjoys an exceptional amount of natural daylight. Again decorated in neutral calming colours this airy room is ideal for training and meetings.
The Library
The room with a difference! The Library has been designed as a comfortable contemporary environment for creative, brainstorming meetings where guests can relax on large sofas grouped around a large ottoman.
The Library also turns into a stylish boutique cinema with state of the art projection and surround sound.
Meeting Room
This is a room, able to seat 6 around an oval table, for smaller more intimate meetings.
The Studio
The Studio is decorated in dark chocolate brown with a designer feature wall. It has a floor to ceiling mirrored wall and a piano, particularly suitable as a rehearsal or active space.
The Barn Theatre
Ingleside House also runs The Barn Theatre in the adjacent building. This is a flexible space which can be used for larger meetings/conferences as well as a theatre. The Barn also has its own bar, kitchen area and washroom facilities.
